Unlimited Marketing, 1 Revaz Gabashvili, Tbilisi, Georgia, Email: [email protected].
Server log files
As on any website, the servers that deliver the site log technical access data: IP address, page requested, time, volume of data transferred and browser identifier. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR; our legitimate interest is the stable and secure operation of the website. The log files are deleted after no more than 14 days, are not combined with other data and are not passed to advertisers.
Delivery via Cloudflare
The website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (content delivery network and protection against attacks). Cloudflare processes the same technical access data for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Hosting
The pages are hosted on a server in the United Kingdom.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies or any advertising or analytics cookies. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) govern cookies and similar technologies. Because we do not set cookies, there is no consent banner: there is nothing for you to consent to. Your browser may store technical data such as its cache; this website does not access it.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we will store the message so that we can reply (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the UK GDPR). Senders are not added to mailing lists or used for marketing, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). Messages are deleted once the matter has been dealt with and no retention obligation prevents deletion.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15 of the UK GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and to object (Article 21). Because this website holds almost no personal data, such a request can usually be answered quickly. Please contact the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Children
This website is aimed at a professional audience and not at children under 16.
Changes
If this website ever uses analytics tools, advertising or other third-party services, this notice will be updated beforehand and the date at the top of the page will be changed.
